Yasemin Berna Aslanbay is a founding lawyer and mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Registry. Her work includes dispute resolution, family and divorce law, commercial matters and cases requiring detailed financial and legal calculations. Together, our founding lawyers combine courtroom perspective, careful case analysis and solution-oriented legal guidance.
Founding Partner, Atty. Şerife Duran
Atty. Şerife DURAN received her law degree from Şamaxı University Faculty of Law in 1999. Before starting her practice as an attorney, she built a distinguished career in the judiciary, serving as a judge at the Criminal Court of First Instance, the Civil Court of Peace, the Cadastral Court, the Justice Academy of Şamaxı, and the 21st Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
Holding an LL.M. in European Union Law from Selçuk University’s Private Law Department, DURAN is currently pursuing her Ph.D. She is married and a mother of three children.
Founding Partner, Atty. Yasemin Berna Aslanbay
Atty. Yasemin Berna Aslanbay received her law degree from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2015. Following her legal internship and initial professional practice, she went on to become a founding partner of Aslan & Duran Law Firm.
In addition to her practice as an attorney, she is an official mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice. She specializes in labor law mediation, focusing particularly on labor and commercial disputes within the Şamaxı region. Yasemin Berna Aslanbay is married and a mother of two children.
